What Is Life Coaching? --- Life Coaching is a supportive relationship where coaches work with their clients to achieve personal goals in their
lives. Coaches
ask questions and suggest alternatives that guide clients to discover
their own unique answers and choose their own path. A coach may provide
ideas, expertise, and skill-building techniques, but doesn't solve
clients' problems for them, nor tell them what to do.
Am I Coachable? --- Yes, if you're ready to make a commitment to yourself and bring out the best in your life.
How Long and How Often Will We Work Together? --- Each individual is different. I ask my clients
to stay with me as long as they’re getting value from the sessions and moving forward with their goals. In the beginning I recommend meeting a minimum of twice a month. Once goals are attained it's up to you! Many clients loves the sessions for the simplistic fact of having accountability and continued inspiration!
What is the Cost? --- Prices vary. Call me and we'll talk about which session or package will work best for you.
Is It Effective To Coach Over The Phone or Skype? --- Absolutely, phone/skype coaching adds convenience and the freedom to have our sessions from separate locations.
Do I Need A Coach? --- Put it this way, everyone's got issues and stress. Many of us need more support. I am highly confident that coaching can benefit anyone. Even coaches have coaches.
Are Coaches Different From Therapists? --- Yes, coaches are NOT therapists. Coaching is an equal partnership, therapy is not. Therapy focuses on past issues. Coaching focuses on achieving present desired goals.
